AMALA Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is a multidisciplinary scientific journal published by the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business State Islamic Institute of Palangka Raya. It is at the national and international level that covers a lot of common problems or issues related to community services. This journal publication aims to disseminate the conceptual thoughts, ideas, and research results achieved in community services. The articles of this journal are published every six months (2 issues per year), in May and October. All articles are published in English. We proudly announce that Amala Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is indexed by Google Scholar, Crossref, Garuda, Index Copernicus, ISSN, Dimension, and Moraref. Apart from that, Amala Journal is also in the process of submitting it to Sinta.

AMALA Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat contains various activities from diverse groups of people in handling and managing the various potentials, obstacles, challenges, and problems that exist in society. Implementation of service activities also involves the participation of the community and partners. Service activities are organized into an activity aimed at improving the welfare of society.

Any interested author could submit the manuscript following the submission guidelines. Please read these guidelines carefully. Authors who want to submit their manuscript to the editorial office of AMALA Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat should obey the writing guidelines. If the manuscript submitted is inappropriate with the guidelines or written in a different format, it will be REJECTED by the editors before further review. The editors will only accept manuscripts that meet the assigned format.

Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Desk Review and Initial Manuscript Evaluation processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to the Mitra Bebestari/peer reviewer and go to the next selection by Double-Blind Peer-Review Process. AMALA Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, publishes fully open access journals, which means that all articles are available on the internet to all users immediately upon publication.

Archiving Policy

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. All content in the CLOCKSS Archive and the Global LOCKSS Network is preserved with explicit publisher permission, secured via written contract or through online permission statements. We work closely with LOCKSS network implementers to facilitate development of governance and legal terms that are appropriate to the implicated content, jurisdictions, rights, and access affordances.
